DUTIES:       Develop architectural designs using Microstation, AutoCADD, Photoshop, Lightwave computer programs, specific organization, and layering information.   Produce CADD documents from schematic design, through design development.  Prepare full plans, sections, elevations, details, and specifications as required for each project.  Manage the consultants input and coordinate all consultant drawings both into Architectural plans and throughout the bidding and construction process. Work with owner and Lead Architects to produce contract documents used for construction process.  Manage the construction process as Architect, including review of construction and draw requests.    Manage multiple projects at various stage of the process including; site and master planning, feasibility, marketing, design, processing, financing, contraction documents, consultant coordination, billing, and management.   

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:    

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture and 3 years experience in job offered or closely related field or 7 years of experience in job offered or closely related field in lieu of Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture and 3 year of experience in job offered or closely related field
